Sunday's meeting at Redcar has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.
Officials had planned a noon inspection following heavy rain on Friday but they brought forward that check due to an unfavourable forecast.
Acting clerk of the course John Sanderson said: "We are waterlogged in places and it hasn't really improved. We have had a little bit of rain and the forecast is such that the chances of improving sufficiently are remote, so we have abandoned."
