Michael Bell has snapped up Kieren Fallon to ride Sariska in the Emirates Airlines Champion Stakes at Newmarket on Saturday week.
The dual Oaks winner is usually partnered by Jamie Spencer but he is suspended for the Group One feature over 10 furlongs.
"Jamie Spencer is suspended so I had a look at the ones who were available. A couple had already got rides and obviously a lot of people would like to ride her, but Kieren is top-class and we're happy to have him. He'll ride her in a piece of work (on Wednesday)," said Bell.
Sariska bypassed the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe due to quick ground and she is set to have her first start at Newmarket since suffering a shock defeat in the Yorkshire Oaks in August.
Bell later reported the Pivotal filly to have come into season prior to the race and she is a 5-1 chance with both Paddy Power and Stan James to bounce back to form at Headquarters.
